- On-site Survey (If Needed)-Conduct field inspection for complex scenarios to collect data of installation points, cabling conditions, power supply and site layout.
- Solution Planning & Architecture Design-Design overall network topology, device selection, networking mode, security policies and redundancy solutions based on requirements, and confirm product lists and technical specifications.
- Solution Compilation & Polishing-Complete the formal solution document, including project overview, requirement analysis, topology diagram, BOM, technical description, deployment plan and after-sales service.
- Internal Review & Verification-Dual review by technical and business teams to verify rationality, parameter matching, cost and compliance, and finalize the document.
- Solution Delivery & Presentation-Submit the official solution to customers, explain design ideas, advantages and implementation details, and respond to inquiries.
- Revision & Final Confirmation-Optimize the solution, configuration and quotation according to customer feedback until final approval.
- Implementation Follow-up-Arrange product preparation, delivery, on-site construction, commissioning, acceptance and full-cycle after-sales service after confirmation.
