Unmanaged PoE Switch 6 Port Fast Ethernet, 2 RJ45 Uplink, 250m Extend Mode, VLAN Isolation, Metal Case for IP Cameras & Small Business

6-port PoE switch with 65W budget, 250m extend mode via DIP switch, and VLAN isolation. Plug-and-play, metal housing, ideal for remote surveillance and office deployments.

SF620P
Port Description

6 x 10/100Base-TX PoE ports (ports 1-6) + 2 x 10/100Base-TX uplink ports (ports 7-8). RJ45 connectors, auto-MDI/MDI-X, half/full duplex auto-negotiation.
  • 6 PoE ports with 65W total budget – powers cameras, phones, and APs simultaneously.
  • One DIP switch toggles between 100m standard mode and 250m extend mode with VLAN isolation.
  • Extend mode isolates ports 1-6 to reduce broadcast storms – ideal for surveillance networks.
  • Metal casing with natural heat dissipation for 24/7 operation in warm environments.
  • No configuration needed – true plug-and-play for quick deployment.

Built for Real-World PoE Deployments

This 6-port PoE switch (SF620P) is designed to get your IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points powered and connected without the headache of configuration. With six PoE ports supporting IEEE802.3 af/at, each port delivers up to 25.4W — enough for most PTZ cameras and multi-radio APs. The total PoE budget of 65W means you can run four to five standard cameras and still have headroom for a phone.

What sets this switch apart is the DIP switch on the front. Flip it to Extend mode, and ports 1–6 automatically drop to 10Mbps but extend transmission distance up to 250m over existing Cat5e cable. This is a lifesaver when your camera is at the far end of a warehouse floor or parking lot. At the same time, the Extend mode isolates ports 1–6 from each other — they can only talk to uplink ports 7 and 8. That effectively cuts off broadcast storms and reduces collisions, so your video streams stay smooth even when the network has noise.

If you keep the DIP switch in Standard mode (100m), all eight ports can communicate freely — perfect for a small office LAN where everyone needs to see printers and servers. Either way, the switch is truly plug-and-play: no console cables, no web interface, no IT degree required. The metal casing dissipates heat well, and the internal power supply (AC 100–240V) means no bulky power brick on your desk. This is a no-nonsense switch for network admins who want reliability without unnecessary complexity.

Who Should Use This

  • IT administrators setting up a remote camera network in a warehouse or school campus.
  • Small business owners who need to extend PoE to a far corner of the office without running new cables.
  • System integrators looking for a cost-effective, unmanaged PoE switch for surveillance projects.
