Each of the 24 10/100Base-TX ports delivers up to 25.4W (802.3af/at), and the total power budget of 320W means you can power a mix of PTZ, bullet, and dome cameras without worrying about overloading. The two 10/100/1000Base-T uplink ports plus two 1000Base-X SFP slots give you fiber uplink options for distances up to 100 km — no more signal degradation pulling cable across a parking lot to the NVR.
The real standout for CCTV deployments is the DIP-switch-controlled 250m mode. Flip it, and ports 1–24 run at 10 Mbps, pushing signal up to 250 meters over existing twisted-pair. In the same mode those ports are isolated from each other (but still connect to uplink ports 25–28), which kills broadcast storms before they start. For a multi-camera setup in a retail store or warehouse, that means fewer packet collisions and smoother video streams.
Installation is plug-and-play — no web login, no VLAN configuration to mess with. The metal casing and internal power supply keep it running stable in dusty or warm environments (operating temp from -20 °C to 60 °C). And if you need extra protection, the optional 6 kV common-mode / 4 kV differential-mode surge protection guards against voltage spikes from long cable runs.
