Industrial Gigabit Switching for Control Cabinets and Distributed Networks
The IS700-24E is a managed 24-port gigabit industrial Ethernet switch for plants, roadside cabinets, rail systems, substations, mines and other networks where downtime is costly. It provides 24 auto-sensing 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports, so existing Fast Ethernet devices and newer gigabit endpoints can share the same switch without manual port selection. The IS700-24E is a non-PoE copper model with 24 gigabit RJ45 data ports and no built-in SFP or combo ports. This distinction matters when preparing a bill of materials: it does not supply power to cameras or access points, and fiber uplinks require a separate media converter or an aggregation switch.
Designed for Network Continuity
Industrial networks rarely fail at a convenient time. The switch supports STP, RSTP and MSTP for loop prevention and path backup, together with ITU-T G.8032 ERPS ring protection with recovery below 20ms under the stated conditions. IGMP Snooping and multicast VLAN support help control video or industrial multicast traffic, while eight output queues per port, 802.1p/DSCP mapping, rate limiting and SP, WRR or SP+WRR scheduling keep time-sensitive traffic from being crowded out by bulk data.

Practical Management for Field Teams
Web management over HTTPS, CLI through Console, Telnet or SSH 2.0, and SNMP v1/v2c/v3 give network teams several ways to deploy and maintain the switch. LLDP, RMON, system logs, port statistics, cable diagnosis, ping testing, NTP and live CPU or memory monitoring reduce guesswork during commissioning and fault checks. The front-panel LEDs show power, system and link activity at a glance, while the reset button supports one-key factory recovery when a device must be returned to a known configuration.
With desktop and DIN-rail installation options, a 165 × 148 × 54 mm metal housing and optional 24V/30W industrial power supply, the IS700-24E fits both compact control cabinets and small plant distribution points. It is a sensible choice for buyers who need many gigabit copper ports, managed network control and industrial temperature performance, but do not need PoE or integrated fiber interfaces.
